By purchasing any service from FestoWeb, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services

FestoWeb provides digital services including, but not limited to:

• Website Design
• Website Redesign
• Landing Page Development
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

All services are delivered based on the agreed project scope, timeline, and payment terms.

2. Project Start

A project will officially begin only after:

• Client approval of the proposal
• Initial payment is completed
• Required project details and materials are received

Project timelines may be affected if required content, approvals, or communication is delayed by the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

To complete projects successfully, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Submit required content, images, logos, and access credentials
• Review project updates on time
• Provide clear communication during the project

Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.

4. Revisions

Each project includes:

• 1 free revision

This revision must be requested within the agreed review period.

Additional changes outside the original project scope or after the free revision may result in additional charges.

5. Review Period

After project completion, clients have 5 business days to:

• Review the website
• Request their included revision
• Approve the final project

If the client does not respond within this period, the project may be considered approved.

Late change requests may require additional payment.

6. Ownership & Branding

After full payment is completed:

• The client receives access to use the completed website for their business.

FestoWeb retains:

• Design ownership
• Creative rights
• Branding credit

FestoWeb may include:

“Powered by FestoWeb”

on completed websites unless agreed otherwise.

7. Hosting & Domain Management

Hosting and technical infrastructure may be managed by FestoWeb.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Hosting accounts
• Domain management
• Technical setup

may remain under FestoWeb management for service quality and technical support purposes.

8. Project Cancellation & Inactive Clients

If a client becomes inactive or stops communication for an extended period, the project may be automatically closed.

If the client later wishes to restart the project:

• A new project agreement may be required
• New pricing may apply
• Previous project work may not be recoverable

9. Project Delivery

Projects may be delivered through one or more of the following:

• Live website launch
• Website migration
• Admin dashboard access
• Content management access

For stores or websites requiring updates, administrative access may be provided where applicable.

10. Portfolio Usage

FestoWeb respects client privacy.

Completed projects may only be displayed in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials with the client’s permission.

No project will be publicly showcased without approval.

11. Performance & Results

FestoWeb builds websites designed for usability, performance, and business growth.

However:

We do not guarantee specific business results, including:

• Revenue growth
• Search rankings
• Sales conversions
• Lead volume

Results may vary depending on:

• Market conditions
• Business model
• Competition
• Traffic quality
• Marketing efforts

12. Limitation of Liability

FestoWeb shall not be held responsible for:

• Third-party platform failures
• Hosting provider outages
• Domain provider issues
• Plugin conflicts
• Client-side content errors
• Business losses related to external market conditions

13. Changes to These Terms

FestoWeb reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
