Refund Policy

At FestoWeb, we value transparency, fairness, and professional business relationships. This Refund Policy explains when clients may be eligible for a refund and how refunds are handled for our digital services.
By purchasing any service from FestoWeb, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Full Refund Before Work Begins
Clients may request a 100% refund of their initial payment if:
FestoWeb has not yet:
- Purchased hosting services
- Purchased a domain name
- Started research, planning, design, or development work
If no project expenses or work have begun, the client may be eligible for a full refund.
2. Refund After Work Has Started
Once FestoWeb has:
- Purchased hosting services
- Registered a domain
- Started design or development work
- Spent time on consultation, planning, or project setup
The initial deposit becomes partially refundable only.
Refund amounts will be calculated based on:
- Completed work hours
- Technical setup time
- Project research
- Administrative costs
- Purchased services or tools
Any completed work or time invested by FestoWeb will be deducted from the refundable amount.
3. Hosting Refunds
If hosting services were purchased through Hostinger and the hosting account is still within the provider’s refund eligibility period, the client may receive the hosting amount back based on the provider’s refund policy.
Please note:
Hosting refunds are subject to the hosting provider’s terms and approval.
FestoWeb does not control third-party refund decisions.
4. Completed Projects
Once a project has been:
- Completed
- Approved
- Delivered
- Launched live
No refunds will be provided.
This includes:
- Website design projects
- Website redesign projects
- Landing pages
- SEO setup and implementation
- Development services
5. Client Inactivity
Clients are expected to actively communicate during the project.
If a client becomes inactive or stops communication for 30 consecutive days, the project may be considered inactive or closed.
After this period:
- Refund requests may no longer be accepted
- Project files may be archived
- Restarting the project may require a new agreement and new payment
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of business direction after work has started
- Delays caused by client communication issues
- Client dissatisfaction caused by changes outside the original agreed scope
- Third-party platform issues
- Hosting, domain, plugin, or external service limitations
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact FestoWeb directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate project suspension
- Account restriction
- Legal recovery actions where applicable
