Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains what happens if a project is cancelled before or during delivery:
1) Cancellation before work starts
If the client cancels before we start any actual design/development work:
The paid amount is refunded in full (especially if hosting fees are refundable under the hosting provider’s policy).
2) Cancellation after work starts
If the client cancels after work has started:
Hosting fees are refunded 100% if they are within the available refund period of the hosting provider (such as Hostinger’s 30-day refund policy).
The value of our completed work (“hand work”) is not refunded, or it is deducted from any refundable amount, depending on how much work has been completed.
3) If we cannot complete the project
If we are unable to complete the project for any reason:
We will compensate or refund amounts based on what is agreed with the client, in a way that fits the situation and the client’s preference.
4) Project pause (no client response)
If the client stops responding or fails to provide required information:
The project may be paused temporarily.
If no response continues, the work may be ended and the amount refunded in full except for the value of our completed work (“hand work”), depending on the stage reached.
